- Application Health Check
- Technical Infrastructure Health Check
- Client Handover
- Support Commencement
The Application Health Check reviews your current application. This includes
(provided they exist) initial business requirements, process flows, all project
documentation, test scripts and current list of issues and planned
modifications. The Technical Infrastructure Health Check reviews the current
connectivity, hardware, operating system and Oracle environment.
The Client Handover takes place once the Health Checks have been
completed and connectivity is in place. Support then commences and you can
rest assured that you've got the backing of a whole team.
