Overview
ComTec's Education courses empower customers and partners to use, configure, and
support their Business Intelligence Solution in ways that maximize their return on
investment. Courses have been developed to meet the needs of both the technical
staff and the business users. Our commitment to each of our clients is such that we
gauge the success of a deployment through the level of knowledge transferred and
retained by key users within the Client's organization. It is for this reason that
ComTec offers such a variety of educational services to our customers and partners.
Our highly trained instructors bring years of experience, a wealth of product
knowledge, and a host of best practices to the classroom. Our courses are both
interactive and hands-on, enabling students to easily apply the knowledge they
acquire in the training setting in their regular work environment.
ComTec offers courses on a variety of Data Solution concepts to the general public.
These intensive 1 - 4 day courses are ideal for allowing the technical point person
within client's organization to stay abreast of the latest industry trends, solutions and
developments.
Onsite Courses
For your convenience, most of our Education courses can be held at client location,
provided the appropriate training equipment is available. Our onsite courses are
identical to our public course offerings and are scheduled for a mutually agreed upon
time onsite at the preferred location. Depending on the scale of client organization's
implementation, several course sessions may be required to accommodate the
necessary end-users.
End-user Training
Our end-user training services are designed to ensure that employees understand
and use Business Intelligence Solution effectively. Often, we customize our training
materials to meet the specific objectives of your organization to ensure that your
employees acquire the most relevant skills. Providing the tools is only half the battle,
in our experience we find that user acceptance increases when your employees are
able to relate the tool to their specific business applications.
Customized Training

education by creating understandable and customizable curricula that can be tailored
to the needs of our clients. In this manner, we can design courses specifically for
your organization. In addition, we have the ability to provide education consulting
