Referral Program

1. Who is eligible to participate?

Any employee on ComTec payroll can participate with the exception of ComTec executive staff, and employees in the Human Resources Department.​

2. What positions are bonus eligible?

Any benefits-eligible full or part-time position that has been posted on the ComTec website is eligible for a bonus of $1000. This excludes temp hourly positions such as Student Associates, as well as International Fellows.

3. How do I refer someone?

If you know someone who is interested in a position at ComTec, you should send an email to HR introducing the candidate along with the candidate’s resume.

4. When do I receive the bonus?

You will receive your bonus after the new employee has worked 90 consecutive days. Both you and the new employee must be employed by ComTec at the time of the bonus payment. If the new employee listed more than one referral source, the payment will be evenly divided among those sources.
