Measuring or assuming a potential market expressed in a number of customers for a specific location (i.e number of customers visit a shopping mall over a period of time). This insight is helpful in making the proper sales forecasts and planning of the promotions.


Location Ranking
Location Ranking is a critical insight for a restaurant chain. Depending on selected criteria and associating proper weights to the criteria, a complex indicator measuring location “success” can be developed– for example, a combination of traffic level, sale, orders, and wastage.

Revenue by Location
Shows restaurant's total revenue from customers during a specified period at the location level. This insight clubbed with the location ranking can give the key inputs on channelising the funds to the right locations.


Cost Product Sold by Location
Aggregates total cost for food and complementary packaging of all the SKUs sold over a specified period at the location level.
Margin by Location
Busines's earnings after deducting the spending to suppliers of food ingredients and complementary packaging at the location level.


Number of Orders by Location
Shows a total number of orders during a specified period at the location level.
Number of Customers by Location
Shows number of unique customers that placed the orders presented by location level. This insight when clubbed with the Sales and Marketing investments in the locations give you better details of return on investments for each location


Average Slip by Location/Channel
How much, on average, is spent in one order in that specific location and how it stands in overall results. This report also provides you with the insights on how much, on average, is spent in one order by location each sales channel like the front, drive-in or delivery.
